Your City, Your Story

Paprsek (Sun Ray) is a new residential project which has the city in its heart and the sun in its soul. This new multipurpose site in Prague’s Stodůlky district pays tribute to the city atmosphere, and its entire design, position and architectural dynamic bring the atmosphere of Manhattan, New York to Stodůlky, Prague.

The Paprsek residential project combines the concept of a smart building with more than 290 apartments and 300 parking spaces, with an arcade where there are shops, authentic cafés, bistros, restaurants and services. Paprsek’s principal attributes include spaciousness, lightness and the ever-present rays of sunlight which permeate individual buildings and apartments.

Apartments at Paprsek range in size from studios to generous 3-bed apartments with south-facing terraces and balconies. There are also relaxing green zones between individual apartment buildings. The site’s general lushness is enhanced by the iconic Central Park, which is located in close proximity to the new site. The apartments within the Paprsek project incorporate intelligent home controls, and cellar storage and garage parking spaces are naturally present.

Homes and Retail

The Paprsek multipurpose building brings the concept of homes belonging to their place, paying tribute to the typical urban atmosphere, and developing its story towards a modern and communal life in which people have everything they need in their immediate vicinity.

Apartment units in Paprsek are designed so their position allows the most possible sunlight to penetrate all rooms in each of the apartments. Almost all apartments come with balconies or terraces.

The heart of the new site is the modern ground-floor parterre, where there is a supermarket and premises for smaller units, designed for small stores and services (e.g. hairdresser, restaurant, surgery, pharmacy, etc.) and local cafés and bistros. The entire commercial parterre evokes a subtle urban atmosphere, for which cleanliness and quality are typical, as well as simplicity and tidiness, combined with the functionality of the entire surrounding space, so that local service providers can enjoy a dignified venue for 21st century services.

Apartment layouts cover a wide range of size categories, with a larger proportion of 1-bed apartments on most floors. Large apartments are mainly located on higher storeys, and they offer panoramic views in all directions.

Locality

We have located the new multipurpose Paprsek site within Prague’s Stodůlky neighbourhood, noted for its excellent amenities, direct proximity to the iconic Central Park with generous expanses of water and two of the most attractive scenic areas in Prague – the Prokop and Dalej Valleys. Stodůlky is one of the most well-served districts in Prague in terms of community amenities. Not only are there a number of schools, preschools, modern and renovated playgrounds within walking distance, but there are also a large number of stores, cafés and restaurants, two polyclinics and plenty of places to enjoy your leisure time actively, for exercising and for relaxing.

Stodůlky is also a place with excellent connections via the metro. In literally a few minutes, you can get to Anděl, to the centre, or to the shopping and entertainment zone in Zličín. In the immediate vicinity, there are a number of supermarkets, pharmacies, lots of restaurants, cafés, banks, post office branches and a polyclinic. By bike or on foot, you can get to Central Park and Prokop Valley in no time. By car, you can easily access the Prague Ringroad.

Trigema

We are implementing the residential homes project in Stodůlky through our own subsidiaries. We’ve been operating since 1994 and to the current time we have completed over 30 residential projects (or their partial phases), comprising over 35 apartment buildings altogether, and almost 1900 apartment units and over 5500 m2 commercial floor area.

Some of our most significant completed jobs include, for example, the Nové Butovice SMART apartments featuring 279 apartments, completion of the central square in Roztoky u Prahy where a total of 117 new apartments, 2 500 m2 of non-residential space and a congress centre were constructed. Some of our significant buildings under development include the Fragment project in Karlín and the Lihovar brownfield site in Smíchov.

We’ve completed successful residential projects across almost the whole of Prague, and since 2018 we have also completed two projects in Plzeň.
