Three-bed apartments are for those who don’t want to compromise. They are the ideal choice for families, young couples who need plenty of space for working from home, and for couples in middle age or old age who want a generous home with plenty of privacy.

There are 5 3-bed family apartments currently available within the project, with floor areas from 80 m2 to 85 m2. All come with fixtures and fittings. 2-bed apartment prices begin at 14.2 m CZK, incl. VAT.

One apartment, several financing scenarios

We know that buying an apartment is a complex and demanding process. When financing your new home, we try to accommodate you as much as possible. That's why our sallers will prepare a custom repayment calendar for you.

We have preliminarily prepared the most commonly recommended financing options: 10/90 (pay at the end of construction process) 90/10 (discount compared to the regular calendar above) or HYPO (using a mortgage loan).


Pay after completion! We bring a variant of the popular 10/90 installment plan, which allows clients to pay 90% of the purchase price after the apartment is completed.

PAPRSEK Stodůlky

Paprsek is a multipurpose urban project set in the city atmosphere of Prague’s Stodůlky district, and located in the immediate vicinity of the iconic Stodůlky Central Park and the wonderful countryside of one of Prague’s most beautiful natural sites – the Prokop Valley. The new site’s concept builds on the concept of architect Ivo Oberstein’s famous original architectural design for Jihozápadní město, in order to bring a spacious aspect to the cityscape, binding it together with a generous green boulevard. In its concept of connecting homes with local services, Paprsek brings the playful and dynamic ambience of Manhattan, New York to Stodůlky, Prague.

The new Paprsek residential project provides over 290 apartments and 300 parking spaces and besides the homes themselves, an integral component of the site will be a new cosy public park with a number of green areas for walking and taking a break from the city bustle. Relaxing green zones will also be created between individual apartment buildings.

Another component of the new Paprsek residential project will be a parterre for services and stores, with a number of local authentic bistros, cafés, shops and services which will complete the unique intimacy of the modern urban atmosphere.

We have located the new multipurpose Paprsek site within Prague’s Stodůlky neighbourhood, noted for its excellent amenities, direct proximity to the iconic Central Park with generous expanses of water and two of the most attractive scenic areas in Prague – the Prokop and Dalej Valleys.

Stodůlky is one of the most well-served districts in Prague in terms of community amenities. Not only are there a number of schools, preschools, modern and renovated playgrounds within walking distance, but there are also a large number of places for the active enjoyment of your leisure time, for exercising and for relaxation.

Stodůlky is also a place with excellent connections via the metro. In literally a few minutes, you can get to Anděl, to the centre, or to the shopping and entertainment zone in Zličín. In the immediate vicinity, there are a number of supermarkets, pharmacies, lots of restaurants, cafés, banks, post office branches and a polyclinic. By bike or on foot, you can get to Central Park and Prokop Valley in no time. By car, you can easily access the Prague Ringroad.

The district also has excellent transport connections to the centre of Plzeň. The tram stop will be right next to the edge of the new residential site and so is quite literally around the corner. You can get to the city centre by tram in around 11 minutes, by car in 8 minutes, and by train in as little as 5 minutes. There are also excellent connections heading out of the city.

How can you reach us?

Our sales centre is located on the ground floor at the same address as Trigema headquarters: Explora Business Centre – Jupiter building, Bucharova 2641/14, Prague 5.

Parking options around nearby office buildings are rather complex, and so also considering the environment we recommend taking public transport to get here. Our sales centre is about 100 m from Line B metro station Nové Butovice.
