Transport accessibility and civic amenities
Public transport or bicycle
Stodůlky metro station is right next to the future project (150 m). During the busy morning period, there are departures every 1 – 2 minutes. You can get to the eleventh station on the line – Národní třída – in 19 minutes, or to Náměstí Republiky in 21 minutes.
There are a number of cycle paths near Stodůlky. Nearby, you can join the A123 path, which goes via Řeporyje and Smíchovská street to Luka metro station, or you can take the ŘE-HL cycle path, which goes to Jihozápadní město.
Trains
If you prefer travelling by train, we recommend you use Smíchovské nádraží, which is a 13-minute metro journey away from Stodůlky station.
Car
If you prefer your car, the neighbourhood has excellent transport connections to any destination. You can get to the city centre by car in around 10 – 15 minutes depending on traffic. We’d recommend using public transport here, however. There are also fantastic connections out of the city. You can get onto the Prague Ringroad in no time by following Rozvadovská spojka for 10-15 minutes.
Schools, stores, services, sports and relaxation
Stodůlky’s character means it provides a broad spectrum of amenities. You don’t need to expend a lot of time travelling to education, to stores or for relaxation. You can find all the products and services you need in your daily life right here in the neighbourhood. In particular, there is a very dense network of schools and educational facilities. For larger shopping trips, Galerie Butovice and Metropole Zličín are easily reached by car or public transport.
There is also a wide spectrum of leisure activities involving exercise or other traditional forms of entertainment which can be reached within 15 minutes: sports centres, countryside, cycle paths.
